TEACH AFTER SCHOOL

Another Stream for Teachers. Another Opportunity for Students.

The final bell may end the traditional school day, but it does not have to end the learning—or the opportunity.

Teach After School connects certified educators with meaningful, paid opportunities to continue teaching beyond the classroom while helping students receive the additional academic support, encouragement and enrichment they need to succeed.

Through partnerships with local school districts, churches and community organizations, participating teachers serve elementary, middle and high school students through structured tutoring, academic intervention, enrichment, mentoring and career-readiness programs.

The Meaning Behind the Stream

The stream in the Teach After School logo represents movement, growth and opportunity.

For teachers, it represents another income stream—an opportunity to earn additional compensation by using the professional knowledge, training and experience they already possess.

For students, it represents a continuing stream of instruction, mentorship and encouragement that keeps learning flowing beyond the traditional school day.

One stream strengthens educators. The other expands opportunities for students. Together, they create stronger schools, stronger families and stronger communities.

Our Goal

Helping Teachers Earn More While Helping Students Achieve More

Teach After School recognizes that certified educators are among a community’s most valuable resources. The program creates a structured pathway for teachers to turn their expertise into additional income while helping students strengthen their academic skills, build confidence and discover new possibilities.

Program Opportunities

Keep Learning Flowing

A teacher’s influence does not end when the dismissal bell rings.

Every additional lesson can strengthen a skill. Every encouraging word can build confidence. Every mentoring relationship can help change the direction of a young person’s life.

By connecting qualified educators with students who need additional instruction and support, Teach After School creates another income stream for teachers, another layer of support for families and another pathway to success for students.
