HELLO RESILIENCE ROASTERS! Coffee Allo Coop Hits The Road to Rodak Coffee.


Today members of the Coffee Allo Coop took an exciting field trip to visit Mr. Marvin Rodak, owner and operator of Rodak Coffee, a respected specialty coffee roaster right here in Fort Worth, Texas.


Families and members of the cooperative were thrilled to sit, listen, and learn as Mr. Rodak shared his experience in the specialty coffee industry — offering insight into roasting techniques, improving productivity, and building excellence in the craft of coffee.


We were also honored to welcome Katie Blakley and her photojournalist, who stopped by to hear our perspective on education and opportunity in our community.



The Coffee Allo Coop represents a new pathway toward economic viability for parents and families who are working hard to create a living wage and a brighter future for their children. Through learning, roasting, and cooperative ownership, we are building opportunity one bean at a time.
