With more than three decades of leadership at the intersection of faith, mental health, and trauma-informed care, Pastor Tatum brings a powerful and proven voice to this year’s Wellness Fair. His work has equipped faith-based organizations to respond with compassion, clarity, and courage to the mental health needs of their communities.




In May 2023, Pastor Tatum led a courageous and transparent community conversation in Fort Worth, bringing together men and women to address mental health in the Black community—openly confronting issues such as PTSD, suicide, and the journey toward healing. That moment became a catalyst for continued impact, amplified by a powerful story produced by KXAS NBC 5 and journalist Larry Collins.

A former collegiate athlete, Pastor Tatum approaches life—and leadership—with strength, discipline, and a fearless commitment to confronting the issues that matter most.
