DON’T LOSE YOUR SOUL OVER A LITTLE GOLD. Matthew 16:26 | Don’t Gamble With God.
DON’T LOSE YOUR SOUL OVER A LITTLE GOLD. Matthew 16:26 | Don’t Gamble With God. Pastor Kyev Tatum
Gambling with your soul is the worst bet you’ll ever make,
You’re rolling dice with Satan — but your life is what’s at stake.
You’re chasing after dollars, the streets, the fame, the gold,
But when the game is over — who’s left to hold your soul?
You win a hand today, but tomorrow brings the loss,
A moment’s thrill, a flashy win — but it’s not worth the cost.
For what is a man profited, if he shall gain the world entire,
And lose his own soul, cast forever in the fire? (Matthew 16:26)
There’s a way that seems so right, but death waits at its end, (Proverbs 14:12)
You gamble for the money, but you’ll lose your closest friend.
You gamble with your anger, your pride, your deadly sin,
But the devil plays for keeps — he never lets you.
Young brother, young sister, don’t think you’ve got the time,
Life is but a vapor — gone before the chime. (James 4:14)
The wages of your sin is death, that’s the final pay, (Romans 6:23)
But the gift of God is Jesus — He’ll wipe your sins away.
So choose this day whom you will serve, don’t wait or hesitate, (Joshua 24:15)
Tomorrow’s not a promise — by then, it’s just too late.
The thief comes only to steal, to kill, to destroy and break, (John 10:10)
But Christ has come to give you life, a love no one can take.
So hear me when I tell you, from this pulpit loud and clear:
Stop gambling with your soul — eternity is near!
Lay down the dice, the cards, the gun, the hate, the pride,
Run into the arms of Jesus — there’s safety by His side.
Gambling with your soul is the worst bet you’ll ever make,
Don’t roll the dice with hell — that’s a risk you cannot take!
