FORT WORTH, TEXASV- For years, New Mount Rose Missionary Baptist Church of Fort Worth has been at the forefront of serving our neighbors, through food, faith, and community support. From the early days of the New Mount Rose Food Bowl at the height of the COVID-19 pandemic to standing strong through the Winter Storm of 2021, our commitment to service has never wavered.



Now, we’re expanding our Circle of Compassionate Care to meet another urgent need: health and healing.



Your Path to Better Health Starts Here: Health + Healing Hubs


At Healthier Texas, we understand that staying healthy isn’t always easy. That’s why New Mount Rose is partnering with faith-based organizations, local leaders, and Texas Health Resources to bring services and support right to where you live, work, and worship in 76104 and 76105, communities that have long been underserved when it comes to healthcare access.



Through the Health + Healing Hubs, we are committed to empowering individuals and families with the tools to lead healthier lives.


What We Offer:


Health Support from People You Trust


We are training and certifying Community Health Workers (CHWs) trusted members of your own neighborhood, who will provide one-on-one guidance, resources, and support to help you reach your health goals.


Activities Designed for You


Join free weekly exercise classes, meal-prep sessions, and group support gatherings at your local church. Learn to monitor key health indicators like blood pressure and develop healthy habits that last.



Fresh Food and Farmers’ Markets


Through this initiative, we are partnering with local farmers to provide fresh, nutritious produce, ensuring that everyone, whether a church member or local resident, has access to the food they need to thrive.
