PRAY FOR PEACE

The Ministers Justice Coalition and Clergy for Safe Cities Fort Worth invite you to join us in praying for the families affected by the devastating tragedy in New Orleans on New Year’s Day.

We welcome members of the TCU community to gather with us today, Thursday, January 2, 2025, at 11:00 AM for the MJC Circle of Compassion Prayer Meeting. This will be held at the Kirk Franklin Chapel at New Mount Rose Missionary Baptist Church, located at 2864 Mississippi Avenue, Fort Worth, Texas, 76104. During this meeting, we will create space for all to share and reflect as we process the trauma caused by this tragic event.

One of the victims of the suspected terror attack in New Orleans has been identified as 27-year-old Tiger Bech. A former football player at Princeton University and the brother of current TCU wide receiver Jack Bech, Tiger tragically lost his life in the early hours of the new year.

Blessings,
