OVERTIME for the MLK Hunger Bowl on Saturday, January 11, 2025

OVERTIME for the MLK Hunger Bowl!

Thanks to the generosity of Sister Charlene Arnold and I Best Trucking Company, the MLK Hunger Bowl has been extended for an additional day on Saturday, January 11, 2025. We start unloading between 9:00am and 10am.

We have been blessed with a truckload of fresh fruits and vegetables straight from Florida!

Volunteers Needed:

We need helping hands to unload the truck on Saturday morning at New Mount Rose Missionary Baptist Church, 2864 Mississippi Avenue, Fort Worth, Texas 76104. If you’re available to assist, please call 817-966-7625.

This extra blessing allows us to serve even more of our seasoned saints in Morningside and beyond.

Overtime for the MLK Hunger Bowl will include:

Asparagus

Carrots

Cantaloupes

Honeydew melons

Tomatoes

We’re incredibly grateful for the opportunity to continue filling our neighbors’ bowls with food and their hearts with hope.

If you’d like to support this effort, donations can be made via Zelle: newmtrosembc@gmail.com.

Thank you, Lord, for sending blessing after blessing after blessing.
